Roses for the Hostess

I love it when people bring me flowers. They provide entertainment for almost the entire next day. In spite of all good intentions, I didn't leave the house this morning. Instead I played with my camera. However, the day isn't over yet and I do intend to get some exercise.

I took these with my 50mm lens and an extension tube. I took me a long time to realize how good that little lens is for close up work. And I have been experimenting with Topaz Textures.
