The Mediterranean from Haifa

This is a view of the Mediterranean from the top of Haifa, overlooking the Bahai Gardens.

Some people compared Haifa to San Francisco - on the seaside and hilly - but it wasn't as colorful. Some of the remnants of the communist era architecture, I think.
We ate lunch at the home of a Druze who's family had been in the village since 1790.
Finished up by going to Tecnion.
