Oh, say can you see...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA!!!

This will be short as we are going to have a rousing 4th of July night watching a few episodes of Game of Thrones that our son has got us hooked on. He has all episodes so far recorded and said we just HAD to watch last night. Well, we watched the first episode, then said let's watch the second. Tonight it continues....

It was a good day. No poop landed on my head. It was absolutely beautiful. Perfect weather for 4th of July barbeques and fireworks. There was a big display of fireworks last night which we were able to see perfectly from our front yard! My sinus headache was much better after taking some meds so we went out and watched. It was so nice to be able to just walk back into the house after. No crowds. No traffic. Perfect!

Took our son out to see the egrets today. He was semi impressed. Not as much as I am but was glad he got to see them. They are sure flying the nests but they are landing on the ground and in little trees. Got some neat shots of them but I wanted to fly the flag in honor of 4th of July.

Wow. Guess I didn't keep this short! :)
Off to my waiting glass of wine and fish dinner that Glenn just cooked for me.
