Wintersun

I was wandering along Waterside in Stratford today when who should I bump into but JDO trying out her new lens . We were both taking photos of the swans in the lovely sunshine and sparkling light. It felt more like a spring holiday than Christmas or New year. Unfortunately the storm clouds are gathering and yet another downpour is forecast to hit the north of England and Scotland again today. I hope there is no fresh flooding of people's homes , but I fear there will be.
In the end I didn't use any of my swan photos, and found some bulrushes later to blip.
