Old Favourite

Lunch in Adega Pérola in Copacabana, one of the most famous establishments around the Rio block. It has its roots in Maderia and is a magnet for bon vivants of all nationalities. We had rollmops, marinated sardines, new potatoes and whole cloves of garlic steeped in olive oil.

I managed to update my Linked In profile for the first time in six years and six months. Some of my work is helping people to write theirs and I felt like the cobbler's child when they asked to connect to me. Now, with pride, I exhibit the style I encourage them to adopt!
