Lightbulbs

A visit to the lightbulb shop to buy a battery for my bathroom scales. I'll see if there's any excess xmas pounds and ounces in the morning. When I'm naked and empty, every bit counts...  Yes I know, I still work in pounds and ounces never seem to have got my head around kilos and grams, not even sure I can spell it correctly. Are there two MM's and an E in Gramme or just Gram?

The rest of the day was spent with a great friend, we rummaged through the sale items and acquired an unexpected bargain each, had a coffee, chatted and lunched, laughed, cried, and parted on a hug. Special friendships are worth their weight in gold, so now I've got my battery, I'll find out my worth in the morning ;-)
