Late afternoon on the Ridgeway

It was a glorious afternoon for a walk in the Chilterns. This is the view from the Ridgeway path at Coombe Hill, looking across to Beacon Hill on the Chequers Estate. The last of the sun is slanting in and picking out the gorse in full bloom.
