Graffiti city

The city of Heerlen is slowly turning into a city of graffiti. Not uncontrolled by the local youth who bandied spraying graffiti on walls. No, the city allows professional painters and graffiti artists decorate the city with mysterious motives. Sometimes a piece of history and other times free work of the artist.
