Running buddies

Social media is brilliant, Ally in the middle we have been friends on IG and Facebook for ages. We said about doing a run for ages and today we did.
I was having trouble with tight calves and was a slow coach in comparison to these 2. But they were amazing, kept me going and encouraged me even when my body was telling me to fuck off. Long run done. Thank you guys :)
