A "Wheelin" Good Time!

Gavin had a blast riding his new tricycle today.  He loves to ride it the "Fred Flintstone" way!  We were having a race while I was running backward and he was riding towards me.  For some reason it made him laugh.  I am sure I looked funny running backwards taking a photo.
Dave and I had the best time watching both of our grandkids this evening while our children went out for dinner and a movie.  We started out with a pizza dinner at the Pizza Shak.  Havind dinner out with a 2 and a 4 year old is a fun experience.   We only left one slice of pizza on the floor!  Next we toured the botanical garden's christmas light show.  Moira loved the lighted owl and Gavin just said WOW to every display.  We finished the evening with ice cream, a movie, reading books and singing Jingle Bells.  All in all it was a perfect night!
