Walk/run/shuffle with Carolyn it was great to get some fresh air.
Not much happening today, poor S had a very early start at work, 4am - a tough one, so he and the boys chilled and watched the Rangers game when he got home.
Time for a Tia Maria n' Diet Coke and catch up TV - bliss!
