Mono Monday: Room 101

I have a strange relationship with ginger.

I love it as a fresh flavouring, and often use it when I cook oriental dishes. Ground ginger is mostly ok too. But when it's in chunks or lumps - or even worse, "crystallised" or "preserved" - I can't stand it!!

This extends to things that, to me, "taste like chunks or lumps of ginger"; I quite like ginger ale, but I loathe ginger beer!
