The wood and the trees

Our home is ablaze with candlelight as in addition to our real spruce we also have three small wooden trees, all with real candles which we light for about 15-20 minutes each evening.

The christmas/new year break is proving to be lovely.  Time to spend with friends, time to spend at home, time to spend with myself.  And not having to dash around doing things we feel we 'must' do.  We've gone for short drives, walks and tomorrow the plan is to head out to the coast as it's the last day that we have the hire car.

I'm feeling a little more emotionally stable, which is good, and many thanks for the supportive messages.
