MM101 1% of cyclists

Before anyone shouts, 99% of cyclists are fabulous people who use the roads safely and are helping the environment and the general fitness levels of families.
This is for the 1% who ride 4 across whilst holding deep conversations, who turn out of side streets without looking, who text while cycling around a roundabout (I kid you not), who ride on the pavement and who weave in and out of traffic like it's a slalom! Rant over
