Creel HQ Meeting to establish the new management routine for 2016.  I’ve been advised that standards have dropped.  I’ve taken one for the team and apparently I may not see out the second half.  The Current Mrs Creel informs me that if I don’t make an immediate impact that she may find a substitute.  It’s times like this when I think the life of a well-paid bench warmer has its attractions.  Now where’s that magic sponge.............
