For Room 101 - Mono Monday 101

The ugly building is on the edge of the park in our lovely village. As Bradford city council say they have not money to spruce it up a bit, Room 101 could be a solution.
Of course, being in this state it is repeatedly vandalised.
I've suggested buying some paint and let the youngsters brighten it up with some interesting graffitti. They would likely then protect it themselves. What do you think?
In extras there is a view of the other side, which does not face into the park and few people see. There is also a view of the park from our sitting room window; fortunately the building is out of our view.
