BUTT - It's still litter

The Mono-Monday challenge today is ROOM 101 and I've been waiting a long time for this one.

One of my pet hates is discarded cigarette ends.  Why do people think it isn't litter and leave them on the ground?   

Last night six of us had a very convivial time with the neighbours, trying to finish off all their left-over drinks and nibbles, so apologies for the lack of comments.
