A welcome sight

A lovely sunrise as we drove to the swimming pool.  Very busy again this morning, and mixing it with the fast swimmers.  It's hard but quite satisfying to be able to keep up, and swimming 100m in under 2 minutes and maintain it.  My Polar V800 told me at the end it had been a demanding session!  I agreed!  There were too many waves being created by the fast end, so Mr T only managed 6 lengths before being swamped by waves!
