Relevant words for me today. I've been feeling really rubbish for a week or so, and today has been particularly bad. I finally surfaced from my bed at about 7pm and went straight outside to make the most of the break in the rain. My neighbour came out to chat over the wall, and promptly told me I look 'pasty'. They tell it how it is round here, you know!
