Long day

It has been a long three days and I am getting to know the hospital way more than I ever wanted too! Mom is doing pretty well. She is on blood thinners now so we shouldn't have to worry about any more strokes. She still has trouble with certain words sometimes and is a bit weaker on her right side. I know she is frustrated but it could have been so much worse.
Saw this picture in the gift shop and really liked it. My husband bought it for me later, before we left.
Even though this has been a sucky Christmas we had a nice turkey dinner with my sister and her husband yesterday. Becca and her boyfriend Eric put the turkey in for us and then in the afternoon Eric and I got to go see Star Wars! Becca and hubby got the crockpot stuffing ready to go. Kim and Kevin came over after visiting with Mom and we all had a nice dinner. Glad we had an extra big turkey:) Going to take Mom a turkey sandwich tomorrow as the hospital food is so bad.
Took Becca and Eric home today then spent the rest of the day with Mom. I am so ready for bed. Good night all
