Day 85...Not To be cheeky...

So I know this would  enrage photographers accross the globe but...... This is my daughters skating show portrait.....now aside from the fact (in my opinion )the lighting is all off but the holes in the backdrop are all i can see.... I asked the photographer if I could purchase the high res digital copy (so i could tidy the image up a little ) And he is refusing as he doesn't see the need for me to have it.... I only want one print for the album but would I be terrible to ask if he could fix the backdrop and adjust the lighting a little?????
