Picnic

For Father's day I got a Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall Veg cook book. I noticed the accompanying program was on TV the other day and as a result I am on a mission to make some vegetarian sushi. At lunchtime I headed to the Chinese supermarket to get stocked up (it has a Japanese section). I have everything except sesame seeds and the veg to go in the middle. I think I will save my attempt for the weekend. Alana is keen to help me make them - it should be good fun!

On the way down I passed a vintage clothes and items shop and really like this original 60s picnic set. It's probably not very practical in this day and age but it is nice.
