Our house guest for the next week has arrived and he seems to be his usual contented self.

I need to have an early night as we're hopefully off to London in the morning. We had planned on booking a hotel for a couple of days but I couldn't justify the expense of that on top of everything else we've bought, so an early train is good enough for us. It's only 50 minutes on the train but our line is closed so we're having to drive over and use the other line instead. Another adventure!
