A Grand Day Out

Weather check - perfect day for it. Up and out early to head for the hills. We weren't expecting to find this much snow but it was fabulous. Clear all round us, sun, a bit blowy at times, and plenty of white stuff. This is Schiehallion, the first Munro we bagged when moving to Scotland in 1992, revisited several times, and now the 3rd time up with our son (each time in winter). I love that he came along without a moan - and I don't mind that he was listening to a story on his iPod for most of the walk! I know that he enjoyed the day.
