Under The Bridge

The blip photo is taken on the canal path at Risca, near Newport, this evening of a couple arm in arm walking under the bridge. I like way the scene is lit by an old lamp and the reflections on the water, with the path leading to the couple.

I used to work the Risca area (1987-90) and knew there was a pub called The Prince of Wales on it. I went there to get a picture of it for a project I am doing, but rather like this one more. It took me a while to find it - it's surprising how you forget things as the years go by.
