Boy in the wall

Today we had loft and cavity wall insulation fitted. I am very hopeful that this winter our house is much warmer than it has been in previous years.

We had to empty this cupboard in our bedroom in order for the guys to access the hatch door to get into the space under the eaves. Kerr loved playing in the cupboard but was glad we didn't leave him stranded up there for too long!

The rest of the day involved a play date at Kerr's friend S's house, lunch back at home and then a trip to the swimming pool this afternoon. Kerr's swimming and confidence in the water is coming on leaps and bounds since we have been going once a week for the past wee while. He really loves it and can now navigate himself around the pool independently with his little life jacket on. It properly tires him out and he flaked out in bed at 7pm no problem tonight.

Andy Murray is into the semi finals - yay!
