An early morning blip from Kiev

I have been suffering with a cold over the last few days during a work visit to our offices in Kiev. This morning I woke at about 04.30 and eventually went out for a walk around the hotel.

I saw a number of memorials and plaques located in the nearby residential area. This one took my imagination, perhaps it is an early Blipfoto contributor.
