Not the Garden!

A dry sunny day today, the beck was back in its banks at first light. Spent the morning at the yard helping out after grazing Miller in hand.
A late lunch then some food shopping.
Then at last some dry weather try my new toy ! First lessons the 10mm -20mm does not fit neither does the 50mm! Well the 10-20 fits but produces a dark surround on the image. So the above is with the 5d and my Tamron 28-300. Thornton Ings doing what they are meant to do and slow the passage of water into the rivers, evening light, pretty happy so far but hanging onto the 50d and lenses for the time being. 
Any thoughts on glass for the 5d welcome!
