Decapitating The Angel
Roam has always been a little heavy-handed!
A dash all the way down to Brighton for the day to meet up with the family for Christmas Eve. London was deserted. It was odd to be catching the tube from King's Cross to Victoria at peak time, and on what was ostensibly a work day, to find the trains almost empty! The weather deteriorated rapidly as I headed south and by the time I arrived it was tipping down, scuppering any chance to do anything outside.
It was nonetheless a lovely few hours doing the Christmas thing before making the long journey back north again. Many hours of travelling but the time always passes very quickly with a book to read and a notebook to write in!
