Cold dog

You'd think it would be a hot dog on account of it's got a jumper on.  But it's a very cold dog indeed, and it's slightly out of focus because it's shivering.

THEY are in a place called Vienna (wherever that is) and it's so cold it would freeze your you know what's off if you were a gentleman dog.

I'm not sure what happens to girl dogs when it's that cold, but I can guarantee it would not be pleasant.  No.
