(Relatively) quiet moments of joy

Whereas yesterday I deliberately chose a photo that didn't encapsulate the day, today I have. 

(I guess I am trying to work out what blip means to be as we move towards the 1st and 11th of January.)

We spent this morning playing and exploring some more of yesterday's gifts and then the afternoon and early evening with Ad's family. It was all together a lovely boxing day. I took better photos than this one. But this one it is because I like it and there is something quietly content and loving about both the picture and the time it was taken.
