(More) biblical rain

I know we live in the Lake Distict but this is getting beyond a joke! Met a worried business owner stood by the weir who had been there every 45 minutes and reported the water had receded a bit. Only 3 weeks ago the river did £100,000 worth of damage to his business when it flooded, he told me. It's very sad and worrying
