orchid

had my parents over for dinner today and couldn't resist photographing this orchid before giving it to my mum. Needless to say , as I inherit my love of plants from my parents, we received a plant as well from them - an azalea for the garden.  I've tried to give this a high key effect but not sure its quite worked. 
Back to work tomorrow for the next couple of days but some leave later in the week to look forward to.
