Floods

This morning the water was running down our lane like a river the full width of the road.
My mother and fathers was about the worst I had seen it.I was in two minds wether to call the fire brigade and decided to get my friend Johns opinion.We spent about an hour seeing what we could do and managed to get some of the water away.By the time we came away it had started to subside and we were soaked through.
A dry afternoon and the water has gone down but the levels in the pond have continued to rise.More rain forecast for tonight.
Floods across North Wales and West Lancashire have been very bad.The army has been helping
