Mum

I took the kids round to my parents house today for a bit of a get together, and was playing with a new lens I was given for my camera. Its 105mm, 2.8 Sigma macro lens, but also good for portraits etc... Its a heavy lens, but the quality is very good. This is my Mum; we were taking the pictures because she joined Facebook, so were trying to get a profile shot for her. She kept complaining she looked old. I tried not to point out that she is over 70, and I think one tends to look a little on the older side by that point... Personally, I think she looks about 10 years younger.

Apart from that, I'm busy reducing the turkey bones for stock in the slow cooker.
