Afternoon walk

woke up to a sunny blue sky day - and a water bill.
The water usage over the last five months is 50% more than a normal year.
Spent the morning doing leak tests, checking the meter and on the phone to Anglian Water.
Basically no sign of a leak and the meter checks out OK so as far as they're concerned we've used it.
Most likely the outside tap was turned on by person or persons unknown whilst we were away - mind you our neighbour who keeps an eye on the place didn't see it.
Anyway not likely to get a rebate.
Will be watching it like a hawk for a while......

Lost all the day apart from two hours this afternoon when we got a walk before dark.
