Xmas nest

Kibo is making a nest in grandmas hat! It's a funny photo as she isn't keen on birds and he is absolutely obsessed by her. Whenever she comes round as soon as he hears her voice he 'chirps' something he usually only does for her & the hoover!

You'll notice he's wearing his neck thing again which he had put back on Wednesday. It's a precaution to make sure he doesn't pick at his shoulder now his hormone chip has stopped working and he's had another one inserted under his wing. The beck thing will be removed again in a couple of weeks. The cause of his shoulder picking is that as my friend K called him 'he is a horny bird'!
