Wine Country

Had the GREATEST DAY EVER. Last night, we met up with a friend I met here back in 2004 and had a lovely catch up dinner at Spier. Today was a wine tasting, scenery seeking, food consuming extravaganza. The day started in Stellenbosch, followed by a trip to Paarl, lunch in Franschhoek, wine tasting back in Stellenbosch and Somerset West. Tonight we're meeting up with our friends again, this time in Somerset West for an authentic South African Braai. I LOVE SOUTH AFRICA! I love living! LIFE IS WONDERFUL! This is worth every second I've spent in Cairo.
