An Orchestra of Angels...

Playing for Christmas day.  This is my mother-in-law's collection.  She gave a couple to my mum and when my niece recently saw them she loved them.  So we'll be starting her off with her own collection soon.  :-)
I successfully flamed our Christmas pudding, but it was all over so soon the camera didn't have time to focus in the low light before the flame went out.  It looked good though, but I could only get through a mouthful of it - delicious as it was - it's so dense and rich.  :-)
