Behind door number 25...

...Christmas Day surf's up! Up and out with the lark to enjoy the dry section of the day with the rain now lashing down. We enjoyed taking in the sea air between Cullercoats and the North Shields Fish Quay, with a stop for a cuppa from the trusted flask, before walking back to Cullercoats, via the pier at Tynemouth. Lovely! It was back home for a warm bowl of soup and some present opening. Simple pleasures really :-) 

I wish all you blippers a lovely, peaceful day...and for those in areas at risk of flooding again...I hope the rain stops before the flooding takes over...
