The night before

Christmas Eve in my family was the day we put decorations up. Its not a tradition that we've taken on just yet, but we are starting some of our own and borrowing others from our childhoods.

So there were traditional stockings filled with any presents that fitted, snacks for Santa and reindeer and some more reindeer food sprinkled outside.

Two excited boys went fairly quickly to sleep then we played Santa and stuffed those carefully placed stockings...after wrapping some more presents and icing the cake!
