24/365: Christmas Eve

My brother presented Mom with the Navity Scene when he was a little boy (55+ years ago!) and it became one of her most precious possessions. We all grew up staring at it every Christmas season. It's made of vinyl (like most items in the 1960's), so it's become a little brittle and fragile with age, but I cherish it so much! Tomorrow we have dinner reservations at a restaurant in NYC (only because we couldn't find a good restaurant in Philly...all the restaurants we'd ever eaten at over the years are closed on Christmas Day). It'll be sunny and in the mid-60's in NYC, so we're looking forward to spending the day there. Merry Christmas!
