DOOR TO DELIGHTS

Tradition dictates that a man does his Christmas shopping during the afternoon of the 24th and not being one to upset the apple cart thats exactly what I did, passed through the door of delights and picked up something special (remembering the receipt of course as tradition dictates that a man gets it wrong every year and things are returned at the Boxing day sales). whilst this was happening I sat dearest and her poorly foot in Bettys for a hot chocolate, thankfully the queue wasn't too long although this lady had the weary look of someone desperate to be served.
