Yes Minister

We had a visit this morning from Margaret Burgess, the Housing Minister who came to see the transformation going on at Southside. Tomorrow it reopens as the Crisis at Christmas centre. She was very interested in all our plans, including how important podiatry is to our guests.

After a disrupted night due to Storm Eva I had a slow start and then an afternoon in the office helping A staff the phones, dealing with last minute queries.

It was nearly 7 before I got home to decorate 2 cakes, make soup and replace tree lights, my new set have v failed after less than a week. And I'm not happy as another blue bin has blown away. Why can't the men just throw them up the drive to safety?

Now I've set up my new tablet and waiting for Christmas to come, my first ever one all alone. It will be a new experience opening presents with just me, and Molly.
