Fresh flowers

...are lovely at Christmas!
My husband bought me some red carnations and gypsophila after we had lunch out today, so I collected a few bits of greenery from the garden to go with them. They look nice on the hall table!
I was pleased to be able to buy the Christmas fruit and vegetables from a real, independent and new greengrocers in town today !
It is so nice to bring everything home in paper bags rather than plastic and cellophane packets! I hope the new shop thrives!
