Dolly and rudolph

I made a boozy gin and tonic Rudolph cake for dinner tomorrow! It's essentially a lemon drizzle cake, but with added gin! I had some mixture left over, so I made a few muffins that I'm going to take down to my in-laws in the morning! Lewis and I had to test them, I can safely say they are delicious!
