Christmas Chef

I wish I could convey to you the sights, smells and sounds of our kitchen at Christmas time.

Mr M has been baking - two delicious looking quiches so far, a sausage, apricot and pistachio roll to come, as well as more mince pies. This is all for our Christmas tea tomorrow, we don't have Christmas dinner until Boxing Day.

The radio is on playing us jolly Christmas tunes, the coffee machine is in full flow and the table is strewn with present wrapping.

All is in full swing and going according to plan so far. There's even been a break in the rain with some sunshine, so I've been able to have a very pleasant walk out with The Girls too.

Tonight we're all set for our customary Chinese take away and a visit from the Pyjama Fairy. This year she's bringing her friend, the DVD Fairy, who is going to bring us a family film to watch :)
