Merry Christmas!

Tonight, Christmas Eve, is the big celebration in Germany. In Bavaria, the Christkindl (Christ Child) comes, lights the candles on the Christmas tree and brings the presents. The children have to stay in their rooms while this is all happening. At least that's the way it is for the little ones.
