Thankyou sexist facebook

Saw a Facebook post about stupid things dad to babies, and this was one of the 'mistakes ', which is actually a genius way to keep willow held for repassing her nose tube. (Granted it was easier since Euan put willow in ivys tights by accident..)

Today was spent assembling a gingerbread castle. That got shrunk by about a quarter when I realised how ridiculous my original plan was- and was still massive. It came complete with gingerbread dragon breathing some spun sugar fire (my first attempt at spinning sugar... I did stick the pan to the worktop but nobody's perfect)



Ivy went swimming with kirsten this morning (and to the observe at the dentist and asked lots of questions)

Filey and nuala came round to help decorate the castle. Ivy did her bit with great care - lot and lots of green icing and 'blood' covered jelly baby corpses. Then ivy went out to pick up gelato with finely and nuala.

Willow found a new favourite toy at the table tonight. The melamine plate. She threw it about for agea, and then when she dropped it stole Briars.

I'm cat sitting this weekend, so got to hang about and watch TV in someone else's living room to keep cat company. Very relaxing.
