Star

A quiet day, brought to a delightful close by a visit from my eldest and her partner, posing in the extra. This star was brought back from Sweden by my youngest, and the colours caught my eye tonight and this became today's blip. 

Today's photos have been fettled using the iMac OSX Photos package, which is a very poor substitute for Aperture, which Apple has ridiculously ceased support for. However, I've plugged DxO Optics Pro for Photos in as an extension and it does seem to produce adequate results, with far smaller file sizes. 

Time will tell... I'm not entirely convinced, but I'm finding the workflow with Affinity Photo alarmingly unintuitive.
